भीतर तुम्हारी आत्मा का स्नान हो जाए--उसको ही मैं ध्यान कहता हूं। भीतर तुम स्वच्छ हो जाओ--उसी को मैं स्वास्थ्य कहता हूं। भीतर तुम आनंदमग्न हो जाओ, उत्सव आ जाए, दीए ही दीए जल जाएं, फूल ही फूल खिल जाएं--तो तुमने जाना, तुमने जीया, तुमने पहचाना। उसको मैं संन्यास कहता हूं। उसी कार्य में लगा हुआ हूं।
