take your  place .....  let us sit in calm ,  drop your  all  stresses  and their roots , Silently ..........  take deep breath 10 times (actually  no need to count  its just to settle down of you ) ,  choice is yours  either  in sit or in laying , Now Close your eyes slowly , concentrate on Rhythm Of In n out ........................................ Music gives you direction ................... just flow with music ......... nothing you have to do ......... else give place to Silence ............... peace ........ and serenity to heart ........................  

Sit as long as you feel comfortable .........................................
