The Beautiful Yog (balance) of Yogi

Mental - Yog Leave every effort behind "Om " , and Yogi can walks alone ... as yogi's vision get improves, the reflection also get deep and wide of same color and even same shade of expression .. and all feelings and reflection follow that yogi smoothly without effort .. than what comes in Yogi's bag is simply destiny , and destiny accepted as prarabdh to avail to calm karma ripples ..

Physical yog is purely only to find good health of body for channelize and find better connection with self mind .

the yogi's journey is start from self and it end on vast ...

to understand better Yog do not trap yourself in extremes , just find every time self in middle balance .. and result will be with Yogi ..

at end there is no-where to go . you will find yourself only with that dot where you starts yog with burden (localize ) and few motives , after attain you are with start dot absolutely nothingness with originality .. rest is "all" comes under exercise and running on treadmill . Yogi says ,'life is to live as it is beautifully is real Yog . . ' * Acceptance , * Surrender ,* Awakening , * Compassion , and * Love are nutshell of * Yogi.

** sure; find yourself through self meditation don't believe on outer experience , others food taking may not settle your hunger . to reach that end point you must have to board on life-train ..

it is again different issue to sure you should have to back again on same station . but this travel is only way of yogi's life path .

(nothing is to fun , nothing is to criticize all are comes under experiences taking and self is wise )

Om Pranam

Yoga is all about precision - jaggi vasudev

Nothing is extra on earth , every knowledge is just torch of the path... moves in one direction, only matter where ! when ! and what ! made of you and only that suites to you .. need to explore inner attractions and welcome possibilities hidden in sorrow and pleasure , meetings or experiences ( either good or bad is our mind products ) given under motive by nature to you .. don't slip that.

Jaggi Vasudev Sadhguru says correct ; Everything that you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch is recorded. There is no recording problem. Let’s say I abuse you badly right now, you will remember it all your life. You have great memory. You just remember bad words, that’s all. The problem is only your inability to bring back certain parts of your memory when you need them. You are not able to pick out what you want. This is just a question of clarity, not of memory. If we say a phone has low memory, it means it has a limited capacity to record. On the other hand, if I press “2” and it shows “5,” the issue is not bad memory but a bad keyboard. Your issue is also a question of “bad keyboard.” There is no need to fix the memory – everything you experience is recorded. You are not able to retrieve the right information – that is the entire problem.

Bringing precision into life

We have to work on clarity. What is it that gives us clarity of mind? A simple thing you can do to improve clarity is to handle everything you do with a certain precision. Hatha Yoga is all about precision – how your feet should be positioned, where your hands should be, how you should hold your head, how you move, how you place the things that you brought with you and so on. If you bring precision into your activity, there will be precision in your mind.

You need to practice precision in every aspect of your life. How your room should be, how you go to bed – everything. Bring the meticulousness that you apply when doing an asana, into your life. You will see, slowly, the mind will become very clear. It will become meticulous with everything.

Yoga is all about precision. If you bring precision into your activity, there will be precision in your mind.

*****
From this moment, a simple practice that you can do is when you stand up, when you sit down, when you walk, whatever you do, do it with precision and attention. Consciously register everything that is around. For example, there are five columns here, one vessel, one big rock, one pond, another four columns, one door. How tall? Looks like twelve feet. Just practice this with everything. How many steps from here to there? Don’t count “one, two…” – start walking and notice “Okay, I think that’s three,” another three, and another three. After a few days, do intervals of four, five, or eleven – without thinking, you must slowly know when you have walked twelve steps. This is yoga. This effect will happen over a period of time by itself.

The precision that you try to bring to your body, bring it to your mind too. Let the mind imitate the body. You will see, clarity will naturally come.

*** Self Inquiry ***

The question is always asked in this respect, if it's necessary to do sadhana in order to awaken? Is it necessary to spend years in yoga techniques and pranayama, breathing exercises, to sit in meditation,
to think of certain things, to pray?
Is all this necessary?
What do you think?
Who can tell me?
It's not necessary, but it sure is helpful. That's actually a good answer.

My question is, therefore, to whom is it helpful? Who is getting satisfaction from sadhana?
and Answer is : Only your ego. It is true to an extent you're subduing your ego, but you and I know many people who've been doing sadhana for a hundred years and nothing happened. As a matter of fact some of you even become worse. It's paradoxical. For some people it causes them to move ahead. But it's still all in relative terms, and as we all know by now, relative terms do not exist.

So for whom is sadhana?

again Answer is : Again it's for the mind and the ego. If you think it's helping, by all means continue. But remember I said, "If you think it's helping". If you stop thinking you do not have to do any sadhana. I suppose sadhana is necessary as long as you believe you are the mind and the body. Again, after all, who is doing the spiritual disciplines? Does the Self need to do that? Does consciousness need to do discipline? Does absolute reality need discipline? What needs discipline? The mind and the body. Therefore the more you are attached to the mind and body the more you have to do sadhana. Does that make sense? Sadly, yes.

So I won't say to you, "Stop doing it", due to the fact that many of you have a strong connection with your body and your mind.
As long as you do I suppose sadhana makes you sort of quiet for a while and gives you it's own experience of a sort of peace that doesn't last too long. It causes samadhi for some people, nirvikalpa samadhi. But if you're an aspiring Jnani,

what's the purpose of sadhana?

You simply ask yourself, "Who needs to do this? I do. What is this 'I'?
This personal 'I', where did it come from? How did it get here?
Who gave it birth?" As you ask yourself these questions, that is your sadhana. That's all you need to do. But you continue doing this 24 hours a day. That's what it means by 'praying without ceasing'.

As you meet the challenges of the day you keep asking yourself, "To whom does this come? Who is feeling this condition? Who is going through this situation? Who feels emotional?" As you keep doing this all day long, you will find that you become more peaceful, you become happy and your life becomes better. That's really the only sadhana you need.

But of course if you cannot do that then you have to do whatever you have to do. Whatever helps you, that's what you have to do.
I suppose that's why it says that Jnana Marga, atma-vichara, is for the mature soul, one who can do this regularly, without reverting back to Hatha Yoga or Raja Yoga, any of the Yogas.

They all have their place, but "self-inquiry is the royal way."

It's the short cut.
But it's up to you.
It's your choice.

And of course self-inquiry is merely to quiet the mind.
It's a fast method to quiet the mind.
For when you ask, "To whom does this come?
It comes to me", and you hold on to that me by inquiring,
"Who am I?
What is I?" and saying "I-I" to yourself, "I-I", the mind becomes quieter and quieter.
The deeper you go within yourself the quieter you become.
And that's your sadhana.
That's all you have to do.

Osho

Osho

साथ हैं, अकेले नहीं हो, लगता है कोई खतरा नहीं है;
