August 2014 - 21 days meditation designed by Deepak chopra & Opera (1 to 10 )

1rst Part of 21 days meditation:

General Instruction :  each day thought give you strong massage to how to deal with negativity inside . Pass your each day-thought  with  Individual  day  of self guided  meditation  with Om  and prescribed Mantra plus soft music of choice can make  counter part  of yours  minimum 20 minutes sitting with deep  and slow breath  .  After 20 minutes  be calm , give settling time to Mind  and Body . these are the vary basic  of any kind of meditation . After that  day by day the way you feel Gradually  welcoming  of personality's Positive changes .
