When we truly pay attention, there is always something to be grateful for. Is there something or someone in your life you tend to take for granted? How can you better express your appreciation?
Take a moment, right now, to stop and look around you. Be as present as possible and avoid the urge to “do” anything – simply observe.

Generosity of nature is our birth right 



Deepak Chopra : " In a moment of grace  you feel  safe and worthy  . and atmosphere of love is all around of you . these privilege  moments are beautiful , but if you look  beyond  of moment .... out of that  you will find  nature is infinitely  generous  always  and  you supported all the time ... you are unique  and not replaceable . " feeling victimize  is  symptom  of  contracted  awareness . the more appreciation  nature will more to us .  its  same we stand near the river  only need to drink  water in thirst . " 


The secret of gratitude is that the more you feel gratitude for the things already in your life, the more your life fills up with things to be grateful for.   When your eyes are really opened to the universe with gratitude and grace, for me being human is the greatest gift. 

With heartfelt  thanks to deepak for his inspirations and truths that have transformed my journey of life and the essence of what it is to be human, and to mother oprah for her guiding light and spirit, and teacher of amazing grace 



For DAY11. Feeling Special and Worthy is seen as ‘being full of yourself’ in our society, in general, everywhere in the world. Such pity I think. Unworthy & Victimized are feelings (a state of mind) that are more accepted unfortunately, - so peeps, we have work to do! We must shift The Collective Consciousness for our youngsters. The better WE get, the better the world we live in will be. We must show them that the photoshoped images we are thriving for ain’t the real deal, that Self Image is a part of the EGO and that SELF WORTH is what we want to accomplish feeling
